Bridal Consultant
(2 years luxury retail experience)

Elizabeth Johns (Morristown, NJ) is looking for a full-time & part-time bridal sales consultants with 2-3 years’ experience working in the luxury retail space. Applicants must be outgoing, professional and organized with a passion for fashion and all things bridal.

In this position, consultants are required to develop a positive relationship with brides working with them through the entire bridal gown process – from purchase through alterations. It is the responsibility of the consultant to be knowledgeable in current bridal industry trends, fabrics, silhouettes and alterations.

Applicants should be detail-oriented, work effectively and efficiently and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Meeting monthly sales goals
  • Extensive knowledge of salon’s designers and products including gowns, accessories and shoes
  • Ability to work weekends (Sat. & Sun.), as well as select weekdays
  • Answer phone calls and book appointments using salon software
  • Continuous dialogue with brides managing them through entire bridal gown purchasing process and keeping them aware of order deadlines, start of alterations, etc.
  • Strong written and verbal skills; must be able to communicate effectively with clients
  • Demonstrate professional appearance at all times and follow salon’s employee dress policy
  • Merchandise and organize salon floor and stock pieces; maintain pristine salon floor

Evening/Bridesmaids Consultant
(retail experience)

Elizabeth Johns (Morristown, NJ & Ardmore, PA) is looking for part-time experienced evening/bridesmaids sales consultants with 1-2 years experience working in the luxury retail space. Applicants must be outgoing, professional and organized with a passion for fashion and providing customers with the highest level of service.

In this position, consultants are required to develop a positive relationship with customers from purchase through alterations. It is the responsibility of the consultant to be knowledgeable in current industry trends, fabrics, silhouettes and alterations, as well as act as a trusted advisor to customers.

Applicants should be very detail-oriented, work effectively and efficiently and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. The salon is looking for reliable, results-driven self-starters, eager to grow in their role and be a continued team player.

Customer Services Representative/Office Manager

Elizabeth Johns is looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative/Office Manager for its Ardmore, PA location. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, self-starter to manage the day-to-day operations in our fast-paced bridal salon. This person will be responsible for:

  • Managing the front desk area – including greeting customers, answering phones, responding to customer inquiries and additional administrative tasks
  • Scheduling and confirming all appointments; maintaining bridal, bridesmaids and evening appointment calendars and schedules across several consultants
  • Processing store sales and submitting purchase orders
  • Keeping track of all office supply and other salon needs
  • Coordinating the shipping and receiving of products in and out of the salon
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and QuickBooks preferred
  • Position is 4 days per week – includes weekends
