Communications Specialist - Morristown

(social media and marketing experience)

Elizabeth Johns is looking for a dynamic, outgoing, bubbly personality who loves all things bridal, social media, & communications! You'll be assisting the Communications Manager in Morristown, NJ with the communications and social media for both of our bridal salons. This full time position blends the following skills: 

  • Creating social media plans for our Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, & Pinterest accounts
  • Using Pinterest Ads, Google Ads, and Analytics to create and monitor online traffic
  • Creating and maintaining a yearly communications budget
  • Planning and executing events in both salons with coverage on our website and social media
  • Maintaining our E-commerce website to be current (inventory, events, blog posts)
  • Overseeing all advertising initiatives 
  • Implementing new ideas and initiatives for our social, as well as continuing current weekly initiatives
  • Responding to inquires from future clients, working with designers and brands to execute campaigns, collaborating with local vendors at both locations for exposure and events 
  • Overseeing internal communications within the company

Customer Services Representative/Office Manager

Elizabeth Johns is looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative/Office Manager for its Ardmore, PA location. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, self-starter to manage the day-to-day operations in our fast-paced bridal salon. This person will be responsible for:

  • Managing the front desk area – including greeting customers, answering phones, responding to customer inquiries and additional administrative tasks
  • Scheduling and confirming all appointments; maintaining bridal, bridesmaids and evening appointment calendars and schedules across several consultants
  • Processing store sales and submitting purchase orders
  • Keeping track of all office supply and other salon needs
  • Coordinating the shipping and receiving of products in and out of the salon
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and QuickBooks preferred
  • Position is 4 days per week – includes weekends
