Elizabeth Johns Pennsylvania Relocation FAQs
- When is the move happening? Our move will take place between December 31, 2025 and February, 2026. We will reopen at our new location in February 2026. Our grand reopening will be determined closer to construction completion.
- What about my dress order? Don't worry- your order is safe! Dresses will continue to be received and carefully inspected. We'll contact you as usual when your dress arrives.
- Will alterations still be available? Yes! Our alterations team will be fully available during the transition. From December 26, 2025 through February, 2026, fittings and alterations will take place in the building next door to our current location. Suite 301, 3rd Floor, 32 Parking Plaza, Ardmore, PA 19003.
- Can I still book a new sales appointment during the move? New sales appointments will be paused during the transition. We'll begin booking again starting February, 2026, when we reopen our beautiful new boutique.
- Where is the new location?Our new address is:105 Squire DriveEllis PreserveNewtown Square, PA 19073We can't wait to welcome you there starting February, 2026!
