How it works: Your Wedding Gown Preservation kit gets shipped directly to you! Your kit will contain everything you need to securely pack your gown in our crushproof shipping container and waterproof garment bag. You will also receive your included pre-paid shipping labels along with $2000 shipping insurance. You will receive an e-mail notification when your gown arrives and is checked into our system. Your gown receives a meticulous museum quality cleaning utilizing our exclusive SYSTEMK4 delicate fabric cleaning technology. The last step protects your fabric from future yellowing and will also help protect your gown if is worn again. Your gown and up to 5 additional accessories are then carefully placed on a preservation bust and packaged into your preservation chest. Your gown is safely and securely shipped back to your home with a 100 year LifeTime+certificate of guarantee against future yellowing or staining. You get the peace-of-mind in knowing your dress has become a treasured family heirloom to be enjoyed by future generations.

How long it takes: The process will take between 3-10 weeks from the day you order your kit depending on the size of your gown and the amount of work that needs to be done. The actual preservation process takes aound 20 days in our facility.

Size & Fit

Size charts are located in each individual item. Measurements and sizes are based on US calculations and are provided by the designers for their products. Returns & Cancellations

Our gowns and accessories are all made to order; therefore, special orders are final sale and cannot be returned. Before placing your order please be sure the color, style, and size are correct before submitting your order. Elizabeth Johns does not accept returns on any orders, no exceptions. The submission of your order fully acknowledges your agreement to these Terms & Conditions.

You may cancel your online order (only) or request style, color, or size changes within 48 hours of placement for a full refund of all costs and fees. After 48 hours, your online special order cannot be changed and a forfeit of your payment will be adhered to if a cancellation is received after 48 hours. Please contact immediately if you need to cancel or make changes to your order.


For all online purchases, items will be shipped via FedEx or UPS with signature required. We will contact you with tracking number once item has shipped. Ship times for orders vary depending on product type and production time. All items are made to order, so please see the production times in the description of the item.


All major credit cards are accepted. We charge state, local and county taxes on online transactions based on shipping address as required by applicable laws.
