Following state and federal guidelines, both our Ardmore, PA store and Morristown NJ store will remain closed until further notice. We are still able to answer questions and address any concerns. Please know that we are monitoring the situation closely and there have been no delays on orders. We can still schedule a time for you to pick up any items from our stores. If you have an upcoming appointment please email us to reschedule.

To our Valued Customers,

At Elizabeth Johns, our top priority has always been to meet the needs of brides and their families by providing exceptional service and doing everything possible to create a memorable experience  At this time, our thoughts are with all of those who have been impacted by recent events. Please be assured that we will continue to do all that we can to meet your expectations and make your wedding dreams come true.

For the safety and well being of our customers and employees, we will be closing our New Jersey location effective March 21 until further notice. Although the store will be closed, our team is still available to answer any questions and address any concerns. Please know we are able to place orders so contact our manager, Jenna Francke, at j.francke@elizabethjohns.com if you want to guarantee on-time delivery of bridal or bridesmaids dresses for your event. At this time, we are not experiencing a delay in orders that have been placed. While your items are safe and secure in our store and will be here for you when this passes, if necessary we can arrange for you to pick up your merchandise at your convenience. All brides with imminent wedding dates have had their alterations completed and their dresses are ready for pickup. If you wish to pick up your dress during this time, please contact Jenna.  If your wedding date has changed, it is important to email us the new date. If we need to make special arrangements so your dress can be altered in time, we will do so.  Please also know that once we are back up and running, we will make every accommodation to ensure your alterations are done on time so you look beautiful and feel perfect on your big day.

As mandated by the state of Pennsylvania, our Ardmore location will be closed as of today March 17th and will remain closed through March 31st. We will tentatively reopen April 1st.
 
We are still able to place orders for our clients. If you have a bridal, evening, or bridesmaid gown order that you would like to place, please email Lacey at L.Williams@elizabethjohns.com and she will be able to do that for you during this time. We recommend clients with Fall 2020 event dates still place their orders to ensure your orders are delivered on time.
 
We will still be checking emails and are available to our brides to help in any way. Our alterations will resume when our store opens, and we will make every accommodation to make sure our brides have their dresses on time.
